Logging onto system is a two stage routine.
1. The user must log onto their unique database using the User Code and Password.
2. Having logged onto the database, the actual user must log onto the menu using the user's unique User Name and Password.
Note that step 2 is on a new form displayed after entry of step 1. Also the passwords for the database and the user are different.
The individual User Name and Password governs what options are available on the system menu. The Administrator creates User Groups with specific access rights, then creates User Name / Password combinations for individual users and allocated what User Group applies to the user.
